SAMP continues its growth trajectory. Acquired in 2021 by HVD Partners, the SAMP Group has seen exponential revenue increases, reinforcing a positive trend that emerged in 2022 and continued into 2023.
In 2022, SAMP more than doubled its global revenue, rising from €12.9 million in 2021 to €29.3 million. The upward momentum carried into 2023, achieving revenues of over €45 million, a figure expected to be reaffirmed for the current year.
This revenue growth and ambitious financial targets have also driven significant organizational restructuring. The workforce has seen an increase in technical and specialized personnel, now totaling 110 employees at the Bentivoglio headquarters (up from 100 in April 2024), and over 200 employees globally.

“SAMP’s growth is the outcome of a clear strategy and strong collaboration with our suppliers, with whom we have established new partnerships to create synergies that enable us to operate more efficiently,” says GM Matteo Nascetti. “Suppliers are the foundation on which we build our future, and together we are implementing new tools to optimize planning and delivery control, ensuring full visibility of our operations. We are also investing resources in developing advanced software designed to enhance customer experience and optimize machine performance, making production increasingly integrated and seamless. Our goal is to continue standardizing our machines while maintaining the flexibility demanded by our clients, improving quality, and reducing costs.”
“The results achieved by SAMP over recent years reflect the professionalism, dedication, and perseverance of our team,” adds Mattia Baccini, Head of Global Sales. “We have succeeded thanks to the renewed trust of our long-standing clients and the acquisition of new strategic partners. In 2024, we have further strengthened our sales team by adding new senior and technical resources.
