With this acquisition, the SAMP Group strengthened its global presence in the strategic growth markets of Latin America and Brazil. SAMP also broadens its product portfolio, reinforcing its position as the only cable equipment supplier offering an integrated suite of machines for every step of the cable manufacturing process. The acquisition follows a remarkable 35% per annum organic revenue growth since 2021 and represents another significant step in the company's ongoing transformation.
In conjunction with this new era for Cortinovis and SAMP Group, we are excited to announce a key leadership change: Josè Clemente Casemiro, currently the Sales Director Brazil, will assume the SAMP Brazil General Manager role effective July 31st, 2024. Josè's proven track record and dedication make him the ideal candidate to lead our operations in Brazil to new heights. The representative office of Cortinovis do Brasil in São Bernardo do Campo will continue operations at the same location with consistent leadership that regional clients have relied on for many years.
